Built around specialisation
Our story begins with the belief that hair restoration deserves a clinical setting devoted to it—not a sidebar within unrelated procedures. From the outset we structured consultations with systematic donor and recipient analysis, anonymised photographic documentation where helpful for illustration, and transparent scheduling conversations (including expected shock shedding) paired with realistic goals based on follicular reserves. The aim was never speed at the expense of safety: we wanted a repeatable method patients could navigate through scheduled reviews in the months ahead.
