How we work

FUE is a well-established technique, but outcomes depend on planning, donor management, angle/direction and follow-up. Your plan is built around your case with realistic, sustainable goals.

Follicular Unit Extraction

Minimally invasive surgery: follicular units (natural groups of 1–4 hairs) are harvested one by one from the donor area (nape and sides) with micro-punches and then implanted in thinning zones, respecting natural angle and direction. The goal is to rebuild density and the hairline in harmony with your anatomy and real donor capacity.

  1. 1Hairline design and graft estimate based on density and goals.
  2. 2Local anaesthesia and preparation of donor and recipient areas.
  3. 3Follicle extraction one by one (micro-punch) and controlled storage.
  4. 4Recipient site creation and placement respecting density, angle and direction.

When it may be suitable

  • · Receding hairline and frontal/mid-scalp thinning.
  • · Hairline reconstruction with natural design.
  • · Patients who want to avoid a linear scar.

Limits and assessments

  • · Donor availability (density and hair characteristics).
  • · Progression of hair loss: a long-term plan may be needed.
  • · Expectations: density and coverage must match donor capacity.
