How we work
FUE is a well-established technique, but outcomes depend on planning, donor management, angle/direction and follow-up. Your plan is built around your case with realistic, sustainable goals.
Follicular Unit Extraction
Minimally invasive surgery: follicular units (natural groups of 1–4 hairs) are harvested one by one from the donor area (nape and sides) with micro-punches and then implanted in thinning zones, respecting natural angle and direction. The goal is to rebuild density and the hairline in harmony with your anatomy and real donor capacity.
- 1Hairline design and graft estimate based on density and goals.
- 2Local anaesthesia and preparation of donor and recipient areas.
- 3Follicle extraction one by one (micro-punch) and controlled storage.
- 4Recipient site creation and placement respecting density, angle and direction.
When it may be suitable
- · Receding hairline and frontal/mid-scalp thinning.
- · Hairline reconstruction with natural design.
- · Patients who want to avoid a linear scar.
Limits and assessments
- · Donor availability (density and hair characteristics).
- · Progression of hair loss: a long-term plan may be needed.
- · Expectations: density and coverage must match donor capacity.
